Planning Application Withdrawn

We’re pleased to report a successful outcome in Edinburgh, where a planning application proposing a rooftop balcony on a listed building was withdrawn following our formal objection.

Our concerns focused on:

Errors and inconsistencies in submitted drawings, which misrepresented the extent and appearance of the proposed works

Non-compliance with heritage and design policies

The application was subsequently withdrawn.
