Planning Application Withdrawn
We’re pleased to report a successful outcome following the withdrawal of a planning application for the erection of a new dwelling on the Isle of Mull, within the Argyll and Bute Council area.
Acting on behalf of a concerned local resident, our objection focused on both policy conflicts and procedural shortcomings that rendered the proposal inappropriate and incomplete.
We argued that the proposal did not meet the criteria for acceptable development in this location and lacked the supporting evidence necessary to justify its approval. Following our intervention, the applicant withdrew the application prior to determination.
