Planning Application Withdrawn
We’re pleased to report a successful outcome following the withdrawal of a planning application for a two-storey side extension to a residential property in Stirling.
On behalf of a neighbouring resident, we submitted a formal objection raising concerns over the accuracy and completeness of the submitted drawings, as well as the negative impact the proposal would have had on the established streetscape.
Our policy-led objection emphasised that the planning authority could not fully assess the proposal based on the available information, and that the development would have had an unacceptable visual and contextual impact.
Following our submission, the applicant withdrew the proposal before determination.
Every planning application is unique, with its own set of challenges, implications, and potential objection grounds. From environmental impact to loss of residential amenity, the reasons for objecting to a planning application can vary widely. Are you concerned about a planning application in Stirling Council?
