Planning Application Withdrawn

We’re pleased to report another successful outcome following the withdrawal of a planning application for multiple holiday accommodation units within the Highland Council area.

Acting on behalf of concerned local residents, we submitted a robust planning objection that highlighted:

• Overdevelopment in a rural location lacking appropriate infrastructure

Our objection was rooted in strong planning policy arguments and clearly set out the long-term implications for the local community and setting. The proposal was subsequently withdrawn by the applicant prior to determination—a win for the community and the surrounding environment.
